Refund Policy
SmoothToe understands the correct fit is essential. When purchasing multiple pairs we ask you to only try on 1 of the pairs to assure the correct fit. If needing a different size, ship tried on pair and its package along with other pairs purchased all in original packaging to 405 South Hwy 44/76, Caledonia MN. 55921 and we will refund or exchange per your request. If requesting a refund we will refund the cost of the product only, no shipping charge will be refunded. If we made a mistake in your order, we will issue you a shipping label to return them to us. If such a mistake was made by SmoothToe and you are asking for a refund we will in this event refund you the shipping charge. All original packaging must accompany the return along with the receipt and/or packing slip. When requesting a refund it must be done within 14 days of the original purchase.
